When ordering, a purchase agreement is entered into only when Primex BioChemicals AS has confirmed the order with an order confirmation by e-mail. The order confirmation is automatically generated by our database without any manual control. In case of any errors in e.g. stated price and delivery time, we reserve the right to correct this later. When ordering and purchasing products, you have at the same time accepted and approved the current terms and conditions.
To shop in the Marine Matrix online store, you can register as a Customer or you can shop as a guest. An account can be created along the way when you make your first purchase. The registration requires a valid email address. We deliver to all of Norway. In the case of card and credit purchases, the person in question must, according to the law, be 18 years old. When shopping, email and mobile number are mandatory.
Change of Address
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the correct address and postcode are stated in the profile. Change of address is made on My page. The registered address will be the delivery address, but it is possible to enter an alternative address for delivery if desired if you shop with a card or Klarna, Vipps or PayPal. When purchasing invoices, the goods are sent to your registered address.
All prices include VAT. All costs related to the purchase, goods and shipping, will appear in the purchase process before the actual payment is made. All offer prices apply as long as the stock lasts or for campaigns where the deadline is shown in advertisements or newsletters. We reserve the right to make errors in prices and inventory as well as technical errors related to the shopping cart or check-out. We will then contact the Customer within the next working day and find a good solution.
Purchases in the Marine Matrix online store can be paid for with Klarna. Your safety and security is very important to us, and with partners such as Klarna, this security is taken care of. With Klarna you can pay in installments between 3 and 24 months. You can also choose to pay at your own pace, and decide for yourself what amount to pay each month. With the help of the service, everyone can pay as they wish – via credit cards, bank accounts, PayPal Smart Connect or account balances – without sharing payment information. Fee for shopping with PayPal is NOK 0. The purchase amount is reserved when ordering and is charged when sending the order.
All orders are sent with PostNord. Normally, all orders are shipped within 24 hours, with the exception of weekends and promotional periods where they will be shipped within 1-3 business days of ordering. We make a reservation that situations may arise that cause us to be sold out for one or more products. In case of sold-out situations, you will be notified of this, possibly together with information about what we can offer as an alternative product.

All orders from Marine Matrix are sent with PostNord. Normal delivery time will be between 1 and 4 working days, depending on where in the country you live. We reserve the right to slightly longer delivery times during periods when Marine Matrix or PostNord has a lot of traffic. Your local post office is responsible for sending out pick-up notifications. Items ordered online that are not picked up, or refused receipt will be returned to us at the customer’s expense (see more info under a separate item below). Marine Matrix reserves the right to cancel your order or part of it, if the product is sold out. In the event of a sold-out situation, you will be notified of this, possibly together with information about what we can possibly offer instead. You will have the opportunity to accept our new offer with the changes we specify in relation to your order.
Right of Withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal Act applies to all purchases made by the Customer in Marine Matrix’s online store. If a right of withdrawal form is included with the goods, the right of withdrawal is 14 days. If there is no such form together with the goods, the right of withdrawal is extended to 90 days. During this period, you can return the goods you have received without obligation, but still note the following excerpts from the Right of Withdrawal Act: The Right of Withdrawal Act only applies to consumer purchases. The right of withdrawal can therefore not be used by companies or others who have acted as part of business activities (cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 6, point e). The right of withdrawal does not apply if the goods cannot be returned in approximately the same condition and quantity, and damage or deterioration is due to negligence or lack of care on the part of the consumer (cf. Right of Withdrawal Act § 12, point a). The return costs are borne by the consumer (cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 15, first paragraph). When using the right of withdrawal, the goods can not be used, and that original packaging and labels such as hang-tags can not be removed from the product. Upon return, the money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return.
Right of withdrawal of used goods
If the item does not meet expectations based on the product description, the right of withdrawal can be used even if the item has been used. When used goods are returned, a valuation of the goods will be made, and the Customer will be refunded the purchase price less the reduction in value. The return costs are borne by the consumer (cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 15, first paragraph). Upon return, the money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return.
The post office sends out a reminder if you forget to pick up an ordered package. If you still do not pick up the package by the specified date, it will be sent back to us. For uncollected and unpaid packages you will be charged a fee of NOK. 199, -, to cover the costs we have had in connection with the uncollected package. Uncollected goods are not normally covered by the right of withdrawal.
Cancelation of Purchases
If you choose to cancel the purchase in its entirety, the entire amount, including shipping / fees, will be refunded. This presupposes that you have shopped with a card and that the goods have been returned to us. If you have shopped on an invoice and choose to cancel the entire purchase, you can disregard the invoice sent to you. This presupposes that you have sent the goods to us. Upon return, the money will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return.
If defects or deficiencies in a product are discovered, the product can be sent free of charge to Marine Matrix using a postal label that Marine Matrix creates and sends to the customer. Send us an email at email@example.com to receive the return slip. Postage will not be refunded if it is sent in at your own expense. Remember to mark the shipment clearly with who it is from and which order number it is. A new or similar product will be sent as soon as we have received the defective product. Take care of the receipt or order confirmation from your purchase, because you may be asked to present a receipt or order confirmation when processing a complaint. If you do not have a receipt or order confirmation documenting when the product was purchased, the complaint may be rejected. All possible guarantees apply in Norway.

The parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not succeed, you can bring the case before the Conciliation Board, near where you live. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law. You can also bring disputes before the Consumer Disputes Committee and the Consumer Council.
Resale of Goods
Resale of our products can only take place after our prior and written approval. Violations of this can be brought before the courts.
By force majeure is meant extraordinary events that are beyond the control of the parties. Examples of this are natural disasters, floods, war, riots, strikes, etc. This clause releases Marine Matrix from liability for obligations that Marine Matrix is unable to carry out due to incidents beyond Marine Matrix’s control.
